I'm experiencing problems with Word for Mac 2011(14.1.3) when trying to save my documents. I recently installed the latest iOS (High Sierra 10.13.3) on my MacBook Pro (Retina, Late 2012, 2.5GHz, Intel Core i5). Apparently the difference between computers stems from the fast processor and Fusion Drive on the iMac and a much slower process and HDD on the MacBook Pro. Once that is complete the notebook returned to normal and Office is working with no problems. Apparently when you upgrade to Sierra, the new version of Photos spends a lot of time and processing power indexing the photos.

After sitting overnight, however, everything returned to normal. In fact every application on the MacBook Pro was sluggish some were almost non responsive.

On the MacBook Pro Office experienced several glitches. On my iMac MS Office 2011 fired up with no problems. Both have MS Office 2011 installed and I upgraded both computers to MacOS Sierra. I have an iMac 5K late 2014 and my wife has a MacBook Pro late 2011. We have discovered that the Cintiq 27QHD (DTK2700) and the Cintiq 27QHD touch (DTH2700) will not function correctly on the upcoming Apple Mac OS (OS 10.11 El Capitan). Wacom expects the driver to be available within one week of Apple’s release of OS 10.11 Wacom continually monitors the compatibility of our products with current operating systems.
